Past Due Accounts:

A service charge of 2% per month will be added to all past due accounts. Any account past due 90 days will be turned over for collection.

Returned Checks and C.O.D. Orders:

There is a $25.00 service charge on all returned checks due to insufficient funds. Any C.O.D. orders that are refused and returned will be billed the amount of the shipping charges plus a 20% restocking fee.

Returns:

We guarantee customer satisfaction with all products shipped from KidLizard. If you are not satisfied, the merchandise will be replaced, provided you notify us within 10 days of receipt of the order. Claims for shortages must be made within 10 days of the invoice date. Any merchandise returned, unless defective will be charged a 20% restocking fee. You must have written authorization from our company to return merchandise.

No Minimum Order Size on Standard Colors / No Handling Fees:

KidLizard does not set arbitrary minimum order requirements. Your order is filled and treated as a priority regardless of how large or small it is. However, orders that require special colors that are not represented on our website as standard will require an order quantity of not less than 10 bags. Our company does not charge handling fees related to shipping.

Sales Tax:

We are required by law to collect state sales tax in Kentucky. If you are tax exempt, please submit your certificate to us for our files. If you are located in any other state, you are responsible for remitting applicable sales and / or use taxes to the proper taxing authority.

Product Availability:

Depending on the availability of some products, KidLizard may request to substitute another product or color of product. Any necessary substitutions will only be made with the customer’s approval in writing.

Kick N Bass Attractants:

KidLizard is authorized to use Kick N Bass, the best fish attractant on the market today. We use Crawfish, Garlic, and Shad scents. These scents will only be added to the order when specified by the customer.

Liability:

Having no control over how the products we manufacture will be used, we assume no liability connected with their use. Under no circumstances are we or the seller liable for any loss, damage, or expenses of any kind arising out of the use or inability to use our products.

Special Orders:

Orders that require product colors other than those shown as standard colors on our website will be subject to a minimum order quantity of 10 bags. Contact KidLizard with any special color or product request not shown on our website for consideration. There are no returns on special orders.

Notice:

The above terms apply to all orders accepted by KidLizard Bait LLC regardless of terms requested and or stated on purchase orders. We reserve the right to change, product specifications, pricing, or packaging without notice. All orders are subject to our acceptance in Harrodsburg Kentucky.
