Favorite Lure(s): Tubes, Jigs, and Soft Jerkbaits
I caught my first bass when I was 2 1/2 years old and from that moment on bass fishing was all I could think about. While other kids watched cartoons, I was glued to the Bassmasters on TNN. Fishing was so important to me that I majored in it in college and got a degree in Fisheries Ecology from Oklahoma State University. I enjoy fishing recreationally, but I caught the tournament bug in 1999. I enjoy competing in several tournament circuits on the regional, state, and local levels. My ultimate goal as a fisherman is to make a humble living at what I love. I would also like to be a regional Conservation director for B.A.S.S./ESPN one day.
