I am married with 1 child. Me and my wife works as a team. Kathy (my wife) takes care of most of the paperwork, hotels, things to do when we get to a tournament. She is a real big help on backing the boat in the water. Kathy is a very big supporter of my fishing and that make thing go real smooth. Britney (my daughter ) helps too, she helps releasing fish. She helps me remember all of my fishing stuff...lol. Britney likes to get the fish from stage hands to release them. I became a member of Team Triton with a purchase of a TR186DC with a 150 Yamaha OX66. Elsmere Marina made me a part of there team. I plan to be a angler this year, rather than a co-angler. Heart Of Healing Chiropractic of Walton, Ky was my sponsor in 2002 and will be my sponsor in 2003.
Tournament Accomplishments:
2000 I made it to the State Championship through the KBF, in which I finished
40th.
2001-02 I fished the KBF. But concentrated more on the BFL.
2001 I fished the Wal-mart Bass Fishing League, Buckeye division. In the Super
Tournament which was held at Lake Erie, I finished 5th. With a fifth place
win, I finished the tournament trail in 27th place. Top 30 went to the
Regional's at Lake Chautauqua, In New York. I finished 12th overall at this
event. A total of 33 lbs of fish for the season.
I fished the Wal-mart BFL again and finished 2nd place in the Lake Erie
tournament. I finished the tournament trail in 5th place. We went to the
Regional's at Lake Gaston in North Carolina, where I finished 72nd. A total
of 27 lbs of fish for the season.
